That's me...I drive from SJ to San Carlos mostly on 280 ...sometimes I visit some vendors in Santa Clara in the morning and end up on Central Expressway & 101 eventually.

Nice to be seen..finally.

 

880 yesterday. I saw a STi before this but I was talking on the phone lol.

 

Just saw a blue gc 2.5rs on goldies with exhaust and a sticker rear windshield get onto 101s from ralston

 

Wrb bugeye sedan with sti wing 92west incline on smbridge

 

Wrb 0405 sedan with wrx wing, black fog covers and more got onto 238/580 from 880n about 5minutes ago..I was in a blue chevy truck in front of you

 

black 04 sti stock but possibly lowered on springs. had an exhaust too. on 880 south bound near mcarthy blvd. your too cool to look my way. the more i see these subies, the more disappointed i get. sad....

 

Blue WRX with an I-Club sticker here at stanford. Parked across the street from PSSI. Have seen it in the PSSI parking lot a few time. I believe the driver works there.

Also i see a newer 08 on WRX parked in the track lot by the track store at stanford almost daily. has some mods it looks like and a Tow Hook in the rear..

I see almost daily an 06-07 STI heading towrds 101 on Embarcadero in the morning around 7:20-7:35am. An older white guy driving it. looks lowered, tinted windows possibly exhaust. never does the nod/V/wave..

 

I've seen so many in my area (almaden). Who look at me like I'm in a clown suit with a gun.

 

i feel like this whole community has been deteriorating to **** lately. its ****ing annoying because this really was probably the most laid back car community ive been in. and ive been in quite a few..

 

I feel you guys but it just not everyone is enthusiasts. Sometimes people just buy these cars because they are actually a great bang for buck cars. Today I saw a GR WRB STi hatch on 101 south in San Mateo and gave him a thumbs up. Driver didn't even look over or bother to wave back he just cut me off and continued on his drive. Next time I won't even bother to wave at him, I'll just let him hear ewg melody.

 

Spotted a psm Bugeye on 280n, looked like a really young driver, was definitely driving like one crossing various lanes nd missing a Ford focus by about 2 inches. Not sure what the rush was, but I threw a deuce although he looked like he was more interested in a race.

Shortly after a psm Bugeye, 2.5 with bike rack. Guy didn't look over. And as we were driving along there was a psm blobeye wrx with pink I badge, female driver, blonde hair. Exited Lawrence I believe.

 

Well dont give up on the community yet. Theres still people like me that dont drive wrxs or sti that still embrace the community life

Anyways around 345ish, spotted a fellow outback sport at the bike shop on main street you just turned on into it, silver on silver seemed lowered on springs with an exhaust had oem crossbar on the top. Very nice car sir. Idk if you saw me I was in a blue and silver OBS going towards montague

 

8:30 pm sunday night..white 2011 wrx with mits who plate on I-5 north bound kern county..gave u the deuce..i was driving my wife's C350 coupe

 

blue wagon? i work at stanford mall and i've still got the club sticker on my whip!

But I gave up waving a while back unless I know 100% they'll wave back.
