IIRC, it's a piece of sheet metal, or aluminum cut to imitate a dragster style wing...there was a thread on nasioc about it. He didn't get much love for it.

Saw a 11-12 STi Sedan in (what could be) black, not sure, total darkness up there at the Grizzly Peak mountain past midnight. Exchanged high beams as it was too dark for deuces!
