she lives around the neighbor hood where i live at, i see her all the time when i drive to work in the morning. Whenever she sees my car she just takes off and starts randomly cutting cars off as if i was trying to race her

Check the classifieds for a used lip. People are always getting rid of used parts around here. A beat up used lip, in my opinion, will look better than a garage door/home depot lip.

Saw an 07 grey sti limited on somerset/stanton in castro valley...it had an exhaust, female driver, custom plate..pretty sure you are on the forum
