Saw 2 blue 09+ wrx. One on treat blvd going from concord toward walnut creek at about 7:12 am. The other is parked on mt. Diablo blvd in lafayette.,

yea that was probably me. I'm always on 680 crusin lol. ALT rush wheels 18x9.5 +35. Yea i lowered it a little more lol
