Last night around 7:15PM - Southbound Saratoga Ave & Williams.
White 'Capital Performance' stickers on both rear windows.
I saw this guy a few nights ago too with a car full of girls, same intersection. I waved and you didn't wave back.

Although this happened up in the sierras, you might be from the Bay Area:
I followed a black 02-03 bugeye WRX from Donner pass down the hill towards Sac yesterday. You had a single tip aftermarket muffler and bronze wheels with a snowboard rack on top. I was in the Mazda 3 following behind until I passed you. Just saying hi. That was me! Good conditions in Tahoe yesterday, huh?

yesterday, southbound HWY-17 asian guy in a White STi I think, had a banner across the winshield, looked like maybe had a body kit.
This was about 12pm? you waived, I waved back.
Also say a white STi last night around 8:30pm parked in the garage next to crate and berral, and best buy in Santana Row.
