Silver STi around 120pm at Orchard Supply on Alum Rock Ave.

 

saw irish car bomb getting on freeway in Santa rosa. and got off in rhonert park.

I was in the blue GC with black rear spats and side skirts.

 

seen a black sti with black wheels at krahen on broadway in oakland nice car

 

saw a silver wrx or sti across from butcher dog park here in san jose

 

was lookin for a cheap toolbox.

 

Black 08 STi jamming up 280N went towards 880S

 

04-05 black wrx. Pretty much stock except for an exhaust; I believe the owner is a blond chick. I forget what time but you parked next to my wrb bugeye at the WaMu on Story Rd. I think i opened the door for you as I was leaving haha.

 

Al, isn't "880S" actually CA-17 S?

Lots of sightings for me this past Sunday as I drove around the bay.

1. Sunday at about 4:30-5:00ish in down town Palo Alto, a white 04-05 STi with silver stock wheels and a Limited lip spoiler on the trunk. You were parked near the theater on University.



2. Also at around the same time on University leaving down town and getting on 101S right before the IKEA, I spotted a black wrx (Not sure if it was an STi, but I think it was) with a carbon fiber trunk, no wing, SUPER WIDE black wheels that were very flush with the fenders and the car was super low. Looked great! I was trying to catch up but was 3 cars back and then you got on the freeway.


3. At around 3:45pm or so on 880N, a WRB WRX with HUGE mudflaps and car looked to be "rallied out". Older guy drving with a goatee (when I say "older", I mean in 30's). I was in the Grey STi with gold wheels and melon shooter exhaust... I tried waving but you weren't looking. I know you saw me though.


4. About 10 mins after the above sighting on 880N right before Milpitas I was in the number 2 lane and was passed by a bugeye (I think it was a buyeye) WRB wagon. You were in a line of some really nice cars including an E46 M3 with angel eyes, a newer Audi of some sort that looked lowered, a new corvette wth some mods, as well as a black evo with a bunch of mods. I didn't see you before you had already passed me.


Again, I was in an 07 Grey STi with blinging gold wheels, limo tint, and melon shooter exhaust. (slightly lowered)


I saw a ton more but these are the only ones worth mentioning because they stood out and could quite possibly be members, unlike the other cars that were stock... I don't post stock car sightings unless the person waves at me first... I'm tired of waving to people and having them look at me all weird... This used to never happen back when I first got my RS back in 99... Thats probably because the RS was rare as hell (there were like 12 in the bay area, lol) and the owners had them because they were fans.

1999 was the year of the ricer so everywhere I went I had people trying to race me, staring at my car, asking me what kind of car it is, being confused when I tell them its a subaru, etc. Oh, and I can't forget, people would often say "Whoa, thats that one car from Gran Turismo!" !!!

I was driving my silver 07 STi South on the 101 Sunday morning through Petaluma. Two cute girls merged onto the 101 at Old Redwood Hwy driving a apparently stock STi limited. We exchanged nods and smiles but then I had to exit at E. Washington...

Sorry if this is someones GF, but I have to give this a try because it would be really f'ing cool to meet a hot chick that drives a car like that.
