Saw a clean hawkeye WRB WRX turning on Tenth today as I was walking. Had exhaust and lowered on gold BBS and wingless.
Saw a PSM bugeye on Ninth and San Fernando. Had exhaust and two gauges on center dash.

Spotted a black 06-07, I believe, it was an STI. It had a painted red line grill, nice bright HID and nice amber color center lights. I flashed my blinkers and you did your highbeams.

That was me. Before I always thought it was weird people are waving but i grown to like it. Another thing was back then too many people in civics tried to race and stuff. So i tried to ignore them hehe.

Bay Area native here - if you live/work in Palo Alto, Los Altos, SJSU, or Sunnyvale you've probably seen/heard me (SR-S exhaust came with the car, a little loud for my taste but 3'' piping is worth it).
Speaking of which, saw a nice 06/07 WRB WRX going northbound on 280 about 5 miles from Page Mill Blvd today - threw up the V and got the nod and rev.

Yeah we are all over this area and up and down oregon lots. No we dont work at city hall. My husband works for our own business and at AutoHQ oh and also weekends he is often found painting cars heh.

Yeah you will see a lot of subies in our area very few will wave and be friendly i have noticed. I try to wave but most of the time i get weird looks lol. I live close to Stanford Uni and i see several coming and going from this area.
if anyone sees a best buy/geek squad home theater install van around SF with a i-club decal and mach III/fatlace decal on the rear gate doors..HONK! thats me LoL
