I see that GC around alot as well. I used to live on Monterey and saw him on the daily. I would sometimes wave but he would just give me a blank stare so I stopped. He didnt have those tribal decals on before...must of riced it out recently

^ actually theres two of those in DC. One is stickered one isn't. I ran into the non stickered one at the gas station and he started talking to me. Seemed like a nice guy. He was turbo'd with supporting mods under the hood
