bay area dealerships
hey guys. been a while, looking to pick up a sti this coming spring. Inventory seems a bit low locally here in the bay area at the moment. Is there any particular bay area dealership that is pleasant to deal with? Thanks.

Costco Auto sales I had always buy my cars thru Costco if you not a member its worth paying the $60 to become a member to save you a lot on buying a car.

If you are going through your own bank for a loan, ask them. Some of them have brokers who can help you get a good deal on the exact car you are looking for.

I've HEARD good things about capitol subaru and bad things about stevens creek, but I haven't purchased a car from a dealer so I dont know how relevant that is. Theres a thread on here about stevens creek

Find a good credit union and they will probably give you the best deal on a loan. Pre approved is best..then you have a bit of leverage on the dealer so you can talk them down on the price.

I went in with a pre-approved loan from my credit union and the dealer actually offered a lower rate to get the loan (Livermore)

Costco sounds like a good deal & your own financing is always a good idea too. Good luck!
I highly recommend contacting Jamie Cassidy over at Capitol Subaru. I received my VON as soon as I placed my order with him. Also, he gave me a really good deal on my 2013 wrx, which no other dealer came close.
I believe ordering a WRX/STi is cheaper than buying one from the lot. They know these subies are still high in demand with their supply still low. If you order now, you'll only have to put a $500 refundable deposit and your car will probably arrive 2-3 months depending on your options. You're going to wait longer if you plan to add navi to your STi.
