Cheap isn't necessarily good. My last accident(and first where I was injured) they instantly answered the phone, walked me through the what to do, kept me nice and calm. Adjuster contacted me the next day, put me in a rental car, looked at the car the next day, and authorized the repairs the day after that. Meaning less than 72 hours after my accident my car was getting fixed, with almost $15K worth of damage. No hassle, very helpful, and didn't touch my premiums even after a $25K uninsured motorist claim(hit and run, $15K for the car, rest for hospital and rental car) . So how does this cheap company work? If you want cheap and good, look at e-surance.
