I see. Fair enough. My detailing career was very short. Over the course of a few months, I realized that it wasn't for me.

Lol, assuming you weren't working for JSOC, there's no such thing as a lifetime NDA. They all expire at some point.

But I'm curious as to who would even draft a non-disclosure contract over something so asinine as how to detail a ****ing car. A judge would probably laugh at them if they tried to take you to court over it.

What's JSOC?

My concern was the NDA and non-competition. I don't believe it was lifetime, but it was several years or something.

A CDA/NDA in California is valid for four years from the date of signing.
