I'm gonna bet it's not going to stop a lot of people from jumping ship anyway.

I was about to.

Was too much to fathom after the commercial came out 1-2 years ago showing a line inside a store slowing down to a halt when the customer uses cash to pay instead of debit. And now they want to charge us.

I am going to start using nothing but the "gold" dollar coins. I will keep them under my mattress in case any one wants to rob me. I also already dropped my B of A accounts and went to a local credit union.

I used to ask my friends to pick me up a pack of stogs on their way to my house and I would always pay them in dollar coins, the look on their faces was so funny every time

I dumped all my accounts at bofa and wells fargo. Last year... im just tired of the government bailouts and rape the customer tactics. Took them 2 weeks to release my funds. They kept *****ing and trying to get me to stay. No thanks.. one credit union and the rest off shore...

Was on the news the other day. Seems like companies are starting to get the picture. Netflix anyone? "We thought it was a good idea but customers don't like it so we aren't going to do it." Hey, what a novel concept

They all just seem to be pushing the profitability envelope a lot more aggressively.

Yeah, the loss of 800,000 customers is a pretty big incentive in Netflix case. These companies are trying to increase their profitability during the tough times, however if they do it at the expense of their customers and those customers leave, well....that didn't really help profitability did it?
