For BAN SUVS...and whoever else wants to hear about my clutch experience at Jenson

Hey...sorry I didnt IM u back, I was with a customer and u left by the time I got back.

Anyways, I did a night drop on 3/26/03 (wednesday night)..Thursday morning they called me up and told me they got my car and they will be doing a test drive later on that day. Around 11:00am I got another call from them and they said they had verified the problem and they will order the parts for me, then call me to setup an appointment. Also they said once my appointment is setup and I come out to the dealership they will have a Loaner car waiting for me.

So far this place has been helpful, the only negative thing about them is their hours....they are closed by the time I am off work, and also on saturdays...but I found ways to work around that.

I'll keep you guys updated on what happens after I actually take the car in for the work, but so far so good.

By the way for everone who does not know about what this is for, it was for the clutch chudder TSB. Also the dealership I am dealing with is Jenson Motor Center in Napa - 495 Soscol Ave.

Thumbs up

No sweat about the missed IM, I know you're on from work during the day. Glad to hear they are being helpful. I REALLY need to get mine taken care of soon, it's actually beginning to get worse- even warmer weather isn't reducing it. The damn thing even had the nerve to judder on me while in the grid at the autocross!

What are Jensen's hours exactly? Might be a problem for me as far as arranging transportation there and back. Anyways, thanks for the update Zoeb, keep us posted.

I think they were 7:30 to 5:00 if I am not mistaken..the first time u have to drop it of with someone, the second time u dont have to because they provide you with a rental..I am probably going in on Thursday or Friday if u want to leave ur car there on one of those days, I can drive u back to Vacaville, but u will have to get up early cuz I plan on being there by like 7:30 cuz I need to get back to work by 9:00...let me kno..drop me an IM or something..
