BAM2013 Shirt re-order
This is a get interest thread ONLY. I said I wouldn't do this and I probably won't but we'll see.
Who wants what? Post it up here. I'll see where this goes.
Black shirts and hoodies only. Red shirts are not an option. If enough mods, vendors or volunteers want the work shirts I'll consider those as well.
Keep in mind that small orders like this are a PITA for everyone involved and prices go up. I'm going to talk to my vendor today to see what we're talking about here. And if we do this order you will be expected to cover your own shipping. I fronted a huge chunk of the shipping last year... not cheap.
If you got shorted... email me. I'll check the list against what I'm seeing. if you ordered something and did not pick it up... email me. I have a box full of LABELED stuff. Be honorable here guys I do keep records of who paid for what and we do have some records of who picked up what.
1. x002x: 1 Shirt. Size (?)
2. TheFozz: 2 Shirts. Size (L)
3. 04GG: 1?. Size (?)
4. ARWilliams: 1? Size (XL)
5. Poweredbysnail: 2 (XXL), 1 (L), 1 (M)
6. tw34kz: 1 (L) Hoody
7. Deniz1980: 1 (XL) Hoody
8. stylezwest: 1 (s) 1 Xl shirts
Total Units: 12
Work shirts.
1. Goss408: 1 XXL
2. Ave: 1XL
Total Units: 2
Make sure you guys are saying sizes and shirt or hoody.
If I can get at least 25 shirts I'll make the order. Prices will probably be the same as the event prices. $20/40. Hoodies I'll just hope he has enough on hand to hook us up. If I have to order them I'll just hope my price per unit isn't over $40. I'll let you now what final price is one we get final counts. I'll place the order AFTER all paypals are complete. DO NOT paypal until after I say it's a go. As of now... still not a go. Mind you it's a new art and screen processing cost as no one saves screens anymore. That's a big expense for such a small order.

Like I already said, 1-2 T-Shirts, Black (of course), size Lg for the Wife.
I'm fine with the pricing being what it'll be and you know I'm good for it.

I missed out on getting to order a work shirt because I joined the efforts a day after your cut off. I would LOVE one of those button ups in a XXL if there ends up being an order for them. I did end up getting a red shirt from Cliff as a thanks for busting some a$$ but I gave it to my brother who was there helping along side me the whole day.

I'll see what I can do. As it is, I lost $1 per shirt on the original order. With a SUPER short run they might cost a couple bucks more but if there are more vendors and volunteers that want them I can figure something out.
Maybe just do the shirts and hoodies with that screen instead of the other screen. That's where things add up on a per unit cost.
$100 in art fees and screen fees and what not is easy to gobble up when you order 200 units. Not so much when you order 15.
I'll give it some thought.... for now I'll add that to the first thread.
I'm glad you got a red shirt. Every year we print a few extra. We give one to a volunteer we see busting their ***. I gave one of mine to kenny and I think mason got one too. We do these special shirts and stuff 1. so we stand out and are easy to find. 2. so people that volunteer understand we appreciate their help.
