Straight from National Weather Service for the area of Stafford Lake:
Sunday: Patchy fog before 11am. Otherwise, mostly sunny, with a high near 76.

So definitely wear layers, cause it will be chilly in the AM, but should warm up fast once the sun comes out, and not be crazy too hot. Not sure about winds, I will update that friday once better data is available.
Personally I was hoping for warmer than that, like maybe in the mid 80s would be perfect, but higher than 60s and lower than ****ing 112, i'll take it!
