Just want to thank Daniel and the other organizers for putting on another great meet - with enough meat for everyone!
Gregory & I had a great time working the grill! There was quite a bit of food left this time, but we made sure that it didn't go to waste.

Thanks to the organizers, food suppliers, cooks, vendors, and anyone else who had a hand in this event. Also, shout out to Gouki, his buddy IronSlug, and "Gouki's Used Discount Parts Emporium". It was fun shootin' the sh*t with our neighbors in the swap meet area. The dude I was with was my friend Steve (Heat Rave) who had the RS with the Stig in the hood scoop and the front rally light bar. Meets like this and the people I've met remind me why I'm still hanging around here a lot!

Honestly, having a thread like this which shows that you guys had fun and appreciate our hard work makes it all worth it. There's nothing more satisfying than having people praise the event and saying that they had a great time! It makes me feel really nice knowing that everyone had a good time and makes me go forward to making this event go on for years to come.
You are all VERY WELCOME, I couldn't have made this event into what it was without Ave and Anna... Ave and Anna did a great deal for this year's event, they organized the car show, the swap meet, helped out with an endless list of other things... Thanks to the both of you for helping me out! I've tried organizing this event by myself in previous years and every year I'm just overwhelmed... You guys took a great big load off my shoulders.
Here's who I'd like to personally thank:
COOKS! 455H0L3 (spelling?), Roo, and Plead7... You guys worked your asses off and provided everyone with food, you guys were the stars of the event so a big HUGE thank you goes to you three!!!
Other volunteers, like the "food police" Manhands and ibvidnag (Leo, sorry for the spelling, lol) as well as other people who helped out... Thank you guys, you really did help us more than you probably think you did. Big huge props to you! (I know I left out some names, sorry, my brain is fried and I can't think straight at the moment)
VENDORS:
1. LIC Motorsports
2. Speed Element
3. GST Motorsports
4. DB Tuned
5. Stevens Creek Subaru (who would have thought that they would come out and sponsor us to the degree that they did?! Boy have they changed, BIG props to Tamie for coming out and doing a GREAT job!!!)
6. EQ Tuning
7. FLI Motorsports
8. Detail Addict
9. Rally Armor (even though they couldn't be there in person)
10 Wheel Dude
We really couldn't do this event without our vendors... We have some of the best Subaru vendors on the PLANET in our concentrated CA Bay Area... The Bay Area is a Mecca for Subaru enthusiasts, and we're lucky enough to have the main vendors come out and sponsor us and make this event possible! Our vendors rock... Some vendors have been with us since the very beginning, and some are first time vendors... No matter who they are, they make this event possible for us and we all owe them a great big round of applause. Thanks guys/gals, we really do rely on you every year and with every passing year you guys always come through to make the event possible to us. Thank you, and we all hope to see you in coming years.
I'd also like to thank the rangers at Stafford Lake for being as cool as they area. They let us break a lot of rules because they know that we're a charity event that helps homeless animals, and we also provide them with a lot of money from the parking... Unlike the rangers from Mt Hamilton who were a bunch of douche bags and wouldn't let us do ANYTHING without either yelling at us or threatening to kick us out. Stafford Lake is leaps and bounds ahead of other parks and it's one of the reasons that we hold our annual event there.
Big props go out to the DJ's that were there, THANK YOU SO MUCH for coming out at the last min, and not only was it last min but you guys did a hell of a job! THANK YOU!!!
One last thanks goes to Gus and Gio for doing the shirts... I did the shirts last year and it was by far the biggest headache of the whole event... Last year I thought it would be a good idea to take on every responsibility, which included shirts... OMG, what a mistake that was...
So THANK YOU Gus for designing the shirt, and Gio for making them and selling them. You did a great job guys and people really appreciated it. Good work!
That's my "thank you" to all those who helped.
Reading all the positive things that you guys wrote makes me feel really nice inside, so thank you for the kind words. It was a lot of work but it was well worth it knowing that you guys had a great time.

I agree with Daniel - I think the rangers at Stafford Lake deserve huge props. You wouldn't think they'd be as welcoming toward a group like this, but they're always friendly and accommodating, emptying overflowing trash cans, etc. Sure, they make a killing on the parking fees, but so did the rangers at Mt. Hamilton, and they always made it clear that we weren't really welcome there.
