I barely scraped together enough money to buy a hoodie with my minimum wage job and if I absolutely have to, I'll buy a shirt as well. This is kind of lame if it goes back to 50 minimum on a second run. Just give me the design and I'll make my hoodie and shirt myself... I really wanted one too.. =[

I'm confused as to why you wouldn't do this yourself, and why it's now 50 units instead of 35. If people (such as myself) are going to meet up at meets and buy shirts, I know for one I would buy a couple more. If a few more people would do this, we could meet YOUR goal and have shirts/hoodies without another person stepping up to get into the shirt selling business. Is it the money or the logistics of dealing with selling the remaining items? I am tempted to just say whatever and get the remaining 20 but I do not think I myself can appear at meets for the next while to sell them. My goals are simple - I like the design, and want to promote the community, vendors and Gus's artwork. I personally would rather "spend too much" than leave the total (26 now?) without a shirt at all. Shirtless if you will. Or hoodieless as the case may be. Anyway, I digress.. 
For now I will say this: if 3 other people will step up and do the same, I will buy 5 more. Or, if one other person steps up to do the same, I will buy 10 more.

With that said, I have a list of about 15 people that signed up at BAM for the second production run. These 15 people have not sent their paypal payments yet. If you would like a shirt...go ahead and do so. I'll wait until there's 50 units. I don't want to cough up cash out of my own pocket to buy an extra amount of shirts that may or may not sell. This is why we had a pre-order system to begin with. If i had an extra $500 laying around, sure I would have purchased some extras for the event. But i didn't and i don't.
I'll keep the order line open until there's 50 units.
As stated earlier, i'm pretty busy with work right now and it takes a lot of time/effort to get these made. For an order less than 50 units, I will be charged a higher rate. For whatever reason, (probably forgot) I did not factor this when I stated I would need a minimum of 35 units. My apologies.

do you want a refund? I can send you one if you'd like. It's totally up to you. A few posts ago, i said i'd wait until i have 50 units. As of today, there are only 34 units on order. I was hoping to start production at 50 units to lower my costs. We've been stuck at 34 since last Saturday 9/25. I don't think anyone will be ordering any more shirts/hoodies.
