We have goody bags. Goody bags will only be available to prepays. How many, I"m not totally sure yet. What will be in there... discount cards to GST, Mothers Polish stuff, scattered BAM goods from last year and stickers for this year possibly... only prepays will get those. Probably 1 raffle ticket... maybe. Just spit balling here. LOL!
Either way. I expect 300 prepays and a minimum of 500 people. If you were there last year, this one is forecasting 10% larger.

Yeah, and we haven't even put a prepay deadline in place. It always jumps the day of the deadline. Deadline will be announced today.

Look at this huge list of attendees and participants, but the volunteer thread is so sparse.
We still need a LOT of volunteers in order for this event to run the best it can. No grill cooks and servers? Expect slow food service and a late lunch. Just don't complain afterwards because you didn't step up.

Last year prepay's = 181 or so
This year, as of now = 341 !!!
Going to be really, really challenging this year. You can bet on a massive, massive turn out.
Parking is going to be really, really tough. Hope Hide and Matt have brushed up on their tetris.
