Okay, so i'm moving in with my girl for 2 month up in walnut creek, so i can take some GE credits that didn't transfer over (long story). My room near San Jose State is going to be empty. I'll still be paying for it for 2 months, so to cut some costs, i wanted to see if anyone's interested in renting my room. The room is fully furnished and new carpet's going in this month. Let me know ASAP so i can make arrangements. This is great if you are going to summer school at SJSU or a JC near here. I'm looking for just 400 a month, all utilities covered, comcast cable tv and internet covered. All you pay is 400! You'll be sharing this place with one other guy, it's a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo in a quiet neighborhood. Driveway parking. The neighborhood never has problems or people vandalizing/stealing cars.

our masterbedroom is for rent. but it's slightly more. my room is actually 500, but i'll cover the extra 100 since this is kinda last minute. And the masterbedroom is 750 a month, same thing everything is covered and there's parking on driveway for 4 and only 2 cars are there. So if your interested, shoot me a pm.
