It's not a rule breaking issue, it's a "nobody ever sees my car parked and unattended in public" issue. I think the only time that's ever happened was when Pam spotted my car once at Stonestown. You figure people rarely even see me in motion on the road.

Haha I think the one time I spotted you outside of Gellert was @ stones too... parked near the 28 bus stop
