actually mark made that design for them
Mark owns that design as he is the artist for it.
They saw ours and requested mark to refine it for them so he did

They were directed to me by the folks at subydude. Like Zoeb said, they asked me if MAIC can use the design with Washington monuments. I was cool with it.

Yeah, I was pissed because they were using Marc's logos which I didn't think they had permission to use... Thats why I got all bent. Just looking out for Marc and his property.
If I ever own a company (which I do ) that I can afford to have a logo designed (which I can't) I will call Marc directly.
