I am going to call the park tomorrow... I will try to get the 3rd... if that's not available... I'll try for the 17th... if that isn't available then I'll try for the 10th... and if that's not available... well then... we're boned.

Good job on picking out dates and allowing people to vote and such, but IMO just set a date and stick to it. You will probably not be able to get everyones input like voting. Just remember you cant please everyone. Set the date and if people can go they will make time to go as it is far in advance.

We should avoid the 17th and the 24th to help avoid booking on other event dates...

The 17th is the Monterey Historics at Laguna Seca

The 24th is Indy Car at Sear Point

Dang you called them early today... I called them at 4:00... I asked about the third... it seems that more people want the 3rd and it's also really the only option with regards to availability and other happenings...

They said that it would be more expensive to rent it if I am not a resident in Contra Costa County... Gagan... do you think you can make the reservation?

I think the 3rd is the way to go...

I called pretty much all of the vendors... some of them didn't answer... How do I contact Subaru of America?

But I think we are getting pretty close...

You need PM Roo about that. He'll know how to get SoA in the mix. I've had great relations with Michael Gobin, who's Regional District Sales Manager.

I've book the site, but I need to call someone else to see if we fall under a Special Event cause that would mean I would need to file some permits and possibly pay more fees.
