I always have trouble sleeping but especially since my accident i cant hardly sleep. i was up 22 days straight in june then slept for maybe a week in july and up the rest of the month. It takes me hours to fall asleep just to get 20 minutes of sleep. My problem is due to my accident i cant lay on my right side cus my shoulder is tore up i cant lay on my back cus of the crushed spine and my left side is the only side i can sort of lay on. I have no outside feeling in my left leg and half my right leg but massive pain runs down the legs on the inside 24/7 they say from the damaged nerves in my back. They tried all sorts of sleep aid on me and nothing worked cus you cant block out the pain in the back it's twisted and crushed.

I'm STILL on Hawai'ian time. So, I'm definitely down for a 3AM meet, that's just midnight back on the island!

 

that's how mine is, comes and goes. Lately I just haven't gotten good sleep, so I'm always tired

lol i have nights where i'm just driving around by myself at 4 in the morning.

 

with my illness getting worse recently, it's been making me wake up 10+ times throughout the night having to use the restroom, but sometimes i cannot fall back asleep

so two weeks ago i've started taking a teaspoon of promethazine with codeine (cough syrup..aka sizzurp)

keeps me asleep all night long. just got my prescription renewed today for another bottle

Marijuana might be a good solution to your insomnia. Helps me when i need a solid 6-8.

 

Had to go to the doctor last night because I was going on night four and I was still no where near sleeping...

They gave me a hefty dose of "Ativan", holy crap, knocked me out like a ****.
