Just a word of advice to me and the rest of the insomiacs out there.... you all really need your sleep. I've heard that lack of sleep can cause cancer. Its when your body gets most of its oxygen and your cells can heal whatever is goin on in ur body. If u don't sleep, your body can't heal and is susceptible to more infections or even worse. I heard this about 2 years ago, and at the time I was feeling real weak all the time and feeling like an old man, I was only 26. I was only sleeping 2-3 hours a night due to working graveyard shifts and slaveway. Now I'm gettin at least 6 which is still not good enough but I've seeen a big difference in how I feel and how my body feels. So get some sleep no matter what, even if u have to smoke a whole pound of grass! Lol your health depends on it!

School is seriously kicking my butt. I never get to sleep anymore. I feel like I could sleep for a week if you let me. Normally I have a lot of trouble sleeping but I genuinely think those issues would be gone if given the opportunity to rest. I've been meaning to post in this thread for a while now but it seems like I'm always stuck on my stats homework come 2 or 3am. I actually can't believe I haven't gotten sick with the poor care I've been taking of myself during the last few weeks. My last several meals have pretty much consisted of cereal, and I had a bit of chicken for some extra protein last night.

I never get enough sleep, I usually get to work at 6:30 and don't get off untill 5:00 sometimes 5:30 So when I get home I usually stay up late to ejnoy my time away from work.
