+1 for the Santa Rosa plaza identification! How can you tell?

I worked there for 3+ years and I used to park in those spots all the time.

Recognize both of those cars from when i had to park there recently. They are friends/work together and once they got on a certain car someone started giving them crap about it talking all ghetto. They tried to sit there arguing it until the whole car boo'd them into the next car when they sat there acting like they were making a cell phone call.

After they jumped one car forward a different dude, the guy with the blue Rivendell Atlantis went with them acting like he wanted to not be in the same car as us, to only out them in the next car and have those passengers start boo'ing also.

WINNING!

For What It's Worth, there isn't much 4-6 strong friends and 4 plastic cutting boards can't remedy. Lift or jack the tires, put boards underneath, and push. Slides on the pavement to wherever you want it.

Or simply just pick it up if it's a small enough car and move it like we did to the one jerk at the old meets.

Same way we pull illegally parked cars out of parallel parking spots.

What most people don't get on the ones where the small car is halfway out of a spot is that in those cases most times it was a "Roll-Back" where the person failed to set the e-brake and either didn't put the car fully in park or the parking pawl is worn and not catching on the flywheel until it finds it's spot and then causing the pull pulls the handle into park.
