Bad news: saw a wrecked WRX
I was on my way to Thanksgiving dinner (about 6pm-ish or so) when I saw a really badly wrecked WRX getting towed on 280S near Serramonte. Its license plate was JP EJ20, and it was a WRB bugeyes with mods.
I hope the owner is alright. It looked pretty bad: the front end was demolished up to the front windshield on the driver's side.
I used to see this WRX on Clement St. in S.F. alot, usually on weekdays at about lunchtime. I even waved to owner every time I saw him. Hope he's okay
Anyone know anything? Not to be nosy or anything, just hope no one got hurt or anything, especially on Thanksgiving.

I saw a similar blue WRX bugeye with either aftermarket or blacked out headlamps wrecked on rte 1 in the south part of SF on thanksgiving evening, between 4-5 pm on the southbound lanes, the front passenger side was all smashed in and i saw the other vehicle involved in the crash, a brown midsize SUV whose front end was also smashed in which makes things weird cause i have no idea how two cars had a head on collision in the dry in a split expressway.
Anyways the car was rally blue with an Sti wing and gold rota SDRs, i couldnt catch the plate but it looked like it had an iclub sticker on the rear window. Anyone have any idea who that is?

I saw the crashed wrx when I was riding home. I thought it was an blue Sti because of the wing. I had my tinted visor on so I could'nt get a good look. I'm pretty sure he rear ended a taxi because I saw one a few yards ahead of the wrx/sti. Hope the drive was okay and that the car can be fixed.
But i'm pretty sure the whole driver side front was crushed in about a feet. ouches.
