Peanuts for burgers, hot dogs, breakfast, etc...grill everything for cheap and they even have beer! they are on san fernando across form dudley moorhead hall, near 7th...Lee's sandwiches offers good baguette sandwiches for really cheap, like $3-$5...oh and my favorite...San Carlos pizza on san carlos and tenth, near roberts bookstore. they have a $5 pizza special that gets you a 10" pizza made fresh, and its hella gooooood!!! ramen-go to costco, pho-cant help you there, i dont really care for it, but i know some popular spots on the eastside!

PS-coming from a 6th year student at SJSU, parking is all about strategy. You have to guage what time you start which class with what time the early bird classes start getting out and people start heading out to their cars...its easy once you figure it out. I never wait more than 15 min to find parking.

Thanks. I'll check out Peanuts (beer=mmmmkay). I'm in Tully's right now will head to the 7th floor when I've finished my coffee.

Places I usually eat at:

La Vics
University Chicken, Home of the 911 chicken
Hukilau, although its in Japantown
Tk Noodle
Peanuts

As for parking, its always usually hectic for like the first couple weeks, and then it slowly starts dwindling down as the semester goes.

haha i was the cgm in front of you next to the sgm And yes, i noticed you took up only half your parking spot while the other half was on the white space. I would've done the same. Loved the white on gold!

The sgm had a full sti interior swap. made me kinda jealous. It was pretty cool though seeing 4 subies within 15 ft from one another.

regarding food.. i love getting the combo from the cart near the 10th street building. a hot dog, chips, banana, and a beverage for $3.50 or was it $4.50? I just get it whenever i'm parked there. Eat it in my car and kill time

Woo 4th year Junior ftl!

Parking does suck but once people got their schedule set they start cutting class which means more parking. As long as you are in before 9 and noon you are set for parking.

I usually take my moms car to school or ride with my girl. Saw a lot of subies today in 4th.
