I showed the rag to one of my 350z friends... He's so obsessed with his Z that he's close minded about any other car, unless it's a $300,000 super car. He's always telling me about how his better balanced RWD car could smoke my AWD pocket rocket, and how my car is too high, loses power through AWD, and how you can't really make an Impreza into a true winning race car... I tell him about GST's L and he usually laughs at me, considering it's a 1994 120hp base model impreza...
I busted out the magazine today and started telling him about how badly the L doninates it's races, each and every time... Lets just say that I shut him up really badly and got to make childish "winning" comments to him...
He's interested in riding in my car on the next track day we go to, which is a big leap from what he used to say/think/do.
Good old L Redeemer. That's what you guys should call the L... The redeemer! Or Vengeful Redeemer... lol
Man, if I worked for corporate subaru, I'd do everything in my power to put GST on the SOA map. I'd hire you guys to build a race car for Ken Block, instead of having I-Speed do it, which could possibly make Ken into a bigger success!
Seriously guys, you deserve every single ounce of positive feedback that you get. You guys are such a success in our world because not only do you do GREAT work for our cars, from basic tune ups, to mega-power tuning and building, but they also care about their customers more then good teachers care for their students... They are not only working on your car, but they are your friends too. On top of all that, they prove themselves every time they put that L on the track... It goes to show how great of work they do, and their racing puts proof behind their talent and passion to make our cars go faster then they were ever meant to go!
GST has had my back through thick and thin, they have helped me though EVERYTHING. from Mike leaving his family on Xmas day to open the shop just for me so that I could pick up a part, to helping me through "seat hell", and doing everything to make me happy after I was disappointed by a couple of other vendors... Of course, GST to the rescue. They make things that are impossible to do very much possible. Thanks to them I have seat rails that fit me which is otherwise impossible because it's not easy to get seat rails for a specific seat for a guy that is over 6'6".
Here's a big fat thanks to GST for doing their part to help out the BAIC community through the years.
With that being said, *opens an ice cold Becks beer*
CHEERS MATES!!!
