true that...haaa. last resort....as they say...man law...no fruit in beer.....any beer that needs fruit to not taste like urine is no good......and corona tastes TERRIBLE without it. haaa. I'll drink it when it's hot outside though..haa.

Aww.. now your making me miss Kona brewing Co's brewpub. I haven't been back home to enjoy that in years. Their bottled stuff just doesn't do it for me, but stuff fresh at the pub was always good.

Anyways I'm glad I started this thread. I have some new beers to hunt down and try.

I spent 6 mos back home on the 'big guy land' last year, and a fair percentage was spent there. Love that place. I wish Mehana had a pub because their beer is slightly better, and the growlers are less than half the price. It was nice being a couple blocks from the brewery.. Every Monday I was back for more. Good times.

Same here though, the bottled stuff isn't anything like the beer there.

Hey wombat if you like the Speakeasy Big Daddy, pick up a four pack of DOUBLE DADDY, now that has some kick ! And the Trumer Pils is gonna be alot easier to find in about a month because Budweiser just picked up that brand in the bay area so its gonn start pushing it in Safeways and the mom and pops shops.
