Looks to me like he has wider tires and larger diameter tires in the front than the rear. Also, look at the front inside tire then he's throwing the back end around. In some places it looks like it is barely moving. I don't think you can do full 360 spinning on the front inside wheel of a FWD car.

Anyway, wouldn't it be fun to be able to set up a slalom course in your driveway?!

 

my guess (since I (re)posted this vid in another thread) is 1) RWD, with an engine in the front (look at how it comes up, there is no way there was much weight in the back), 2) slicks or extremely sticky tires up front, and 3) extremely beefy front brakes.

That thing looked like a freakin' mini-Z the way it was moving around.
