why is it smog exempt? I thought 74 was the cut-off year and this is a 75?

This was my co-workers car if anyone is seriously interested, wasnt really that great either. The four speed only got you up to about 75 or 80 and that was at close to redline. Was decently quick, thats about it. Oh, and uh rebuilt two years ago was about 4 years ago.

• sway bars are 1" front and 7/8" rear

• 5-point RCI harness

• 4-speed Saginaw transmission
• New kevlar clutch
• New lightweight 15lbs flywheel
• R200 lsd
• fender flares
• fender mirrors
• stainless brake lines
• aftermarket steering wheel
• front and rear strut tower braces
• no a/c or heat connected
• paint looks good from 20 feet but is rough up close

I have a buddy that had a 350 in his 240z. The car had 12"+ wide rear wheels (wide body) and it would still shred em in all gears.
