Hehehehe I didn't really want to say 'bomb' because that's not really cool these days, but dry ice and some water, in a sealed container make for some m80 rivaling explosions without the fire. All you'd need to do would be to have some sort of valve that closes for the delay.

Certainly would scare the hell out of me... especially while driving
