We are looking for an office assistant.

Needs to be responsible, friendly and mature person, who takes the initiative, doesn't waste time on the job, and can lead the team efficiently and effectively.

Must be comfortable and engaging talking with many customers and responsible managing lots of details and customer requests/questions.

Responsibilities will be the day to day office work including scheduling appointments, talking with customers, estimating and invoicing, pricing and ordering parts, representing the shop at events and meets, etc.

No mechanical work is involved.

Ideally full-time, but will start as a part-time position.

No, we have not hired anyone.

We have decided right now to invest our money in other resources for the shop, and hopefully to hire someone in a few months.
