J, thanks... I'm almost about to give up on this car... This is the 2nd time blowing the motor in a year!

Yes, lots of fun runs. They started out 3 runs per person but we finished early so everyone got to run 3-4 more times.

I think the show/autocross was a great idea. It really exposes motorsports to new people who would usually never go to an autocross. There were quite a few show cars running, really relaxed atmosphere and people having a great time. Had a Drifting exhibition with both professional and amateur drifters on the autocross course. They had award plaques for the autocross top times in each class. Nice tricked out cars to look at. Plus they had car parts vendor booths and food vendors (mmm.. BBQ) there including a on-site Tapioca Express!

Here are some pics of the show portion of the event:

I have no idea... The organizers said it was a huge success. Over 300 cars came to drive/show and even more spectators and show goers. They are planning another autocross/show event with a better parking lot. Possibly Golden Gate Fields or Oakland Colleseum.

I posted more pics links including some autocross action in my post above. ^^

Was it yellow/black/graphics ? Must've been Navid Kahangi.

Yup, the vinyl graphics yellow/black Evo. He was sticking through the course like some insane go-kart. Really awesome.

As for my motor I'll have to see if it can be fixed quickly. I'm looking at no car for at least a month at this point because they need to pull the head off, send it to the machine shop and after they repair it, figure out what went wrong in the first place, fix that and then dyno tune it again...
