Hahaha okay probably have a good point, but I definitely remember seeing a (white?) Integra and a (red?) Civic on trailers after the conclusion on fun runs (and I thought I saw more before)...Oh well.
Are you serious about the CARN legal stuff? No way they were screaming down the track having full cats and stock exhaust systems, but I can be wrong about that too...

but they need to have a legal cat in the stock location
otherwise its just basic bolt ons carb legal intake and header cat , then your basic catback
then whatever else they do... otherwise those sts guys are nuts... they drive lights out
Ed can correct me.... he knows more about it than i do

All ST cars are street legal. That's one of the appeals of the class. It is cheaper too. The reason why some cars seem really fast are because they are driven well. Regardless of whether or not the cars were trailer or not, there's only so much you can do under the ST rules.
BTW, that civic gotta be the most "Shared" car I've ever seen.

yes STS requires carb legal parts... welll sort of...

Car Info: 96 Chevy Impala SS, 06 GMC 2500HD (former 02 WRX)
Charlie's Integra (93 RS, white with the blue/grey checkerboard on the front left headlight area) is CA (and CARB) legal, licensed, drove to the event, and turned a low 47 in Cliff's hands in RG6 .
The "power" mods on the car are a CARB-legal intake (I think AEM), DC Sports CARB-legal header, stock-replacement cat, catback (very, umm, "free flowing" aka freaking LOUD!), and Redshift ECU (mostly just a raised rev limiter and slightly advanced ignition timing). In other words, it MIGHT have 15-20 HP more (if that) over a bone stock 93 Integra. Oh yeah, for good measure it's the original motor with over 180K miles on it
Only "changes" from how it came to the event were to unload the car, swap tires (the "street" tires are full-tread RE-01Rs and are the rains, and if we had been in RG1 yesterday we likely would have run on them), and remove the radio/speakers (Charlie has them set up as "very portable" and easily removable.
We do trailer it to far outta town events, mostly because the car is NOT comfortable for longer distance driving (very stiff suspension, hard seat, no AC) and for the "we'll make it home even if the car breaks" factor (came in handy at Packwood Washington this past August when a rocker arm backed off on the last run!).
Karlton : Charlie did the course, and did a really nice job of bump avoidance.
