woot street mod is some tough competitions, but for a first timer, stock alignment, mediocre street tires, and wonky driving I think I did alright with a 49.5.

Autox is the business!!

And it's easier than it looks, especially with AWD all you gotta do is huck it

Apart from the first third of the course, we took way different lines. The long left hand sweeper was so dirty on the outside that I stayed real tight..

lol is that a good or bad thing? Are you talking about the left sweeper towards the end of the course? When I walked it there was buildup on the inside and far outside so I stayed near the middle lol. Then I tried to cut in towards the end since it was a decreasing radius turn, but did hit a bit of gravel and ended up farther to the right than I wanted to be.

I found that the beginning half was much faster, past the slalom my car(or hack corner entry) was understeering like crazy, then through that chicane before the end I got some speed and wasn't able to find the rhythm of that last off camber 90: I was full lock and floored making my tires get that throaty wail. trying it slower netted a slower time by .20.

Really enjoyed the first section though, hangin tail and all. It was the best $50 spent in a while, with no hangover!!!

the key was to get at least 2 wheels off the pavement. demonstrated by Karlton here:

definitely need more powah to counterract that body roll. My car looks all twisted up.

That STI is sick, but it needs that battery moved into the trunk asap, or at least into a box. helluve dangerous. Wet cell a heater core is not lol.
