I am thinking about making some magnets. Anyone want to split the cost of sheets and stuff?

Oh yeah Kevin no need to split costs etc as you just buy as much magnetic sheet as you need at TAP plastics. What I did was print out the numbers off word big enough(at least 8" tall) and cut them out, traced them onto the magnetic sheet, then cut that out. Then painted the magnetic numbers w/ krylon fusion spraypaint.

 

too bad krylon fusion does not come in cherry blossom red...

Bleh... Someone topped me in STX-N. I think it was that 06/07 WRX that had the STi wing and badges. That's okay. It wasn't like he did that much better than me.

Pignose, could you tell me about how much it costs for the materials? Just want to get an idea.

 

$5.95 per ft... i think it's like 2ft wide.. i can check when i get home tonight... i got 4ft of the material for like $24. i made my numbers and had enough for a second set left over (good thing because i'm making another set)
