found this thread, just adding another post from a very satisfied customer.

i bought a prodrive muffler from AI a year ago, then later had them check up on my suspension, and recently had them install a sway bar. greatest service in the bay area imo...

just gotta save up some money and next time i'm back from college i'll get some tires from these guys.

are appointments needed? ive heard bad things about the police in that area, do you guys usually get hassled on the way there?

Appointments are a good idea. Never been hassled by the police.

Blah, I don't like them. They misplaced 3 of my valve caps, and ruined 1 wheel stud and lug nut because they didn't thread it back properly when I get new tires from them.

It wasn't. I've still got mismatched valve caps. And I replaced the stud & lugnut myself, it was cheaper to replace then drive all the way down there to argue with them.

that sucks that you didnt get as good as service as the other 99% of the people who go there. I'm sure if you would have called and gone down there they would have helped you. They are great guys and i wont go anywhere else for tires/allignment.
