It's just that 2 months before I was aligned at another place and was able to get more negative camber. So I figured after being there for awhile and still not being able to get my alignment right, they would give me a little break, nope still got charged $120 for some pointless work. And a week later my wheel was off center so they must not be used to tightening the bolts enough for track stress.

Not to be a ***, but you should always double check your wheels, making sure they are torqued down properly before even leaving the paddock. I've seen Pro Teams let cars out without checking the car over before they put them on the track, not a pretty sight. Anyways AI is a good place overall for service.

My wheels? Everything is always torqued down prior to leaving... It was the steering wheel that was off center after a week, not the actual wheels.

maybe it's cut it was an evo, cuz we've taken quite a few suby's there, and they're always hella good with them...

Not sure who this new guy is, but after getting an alignment my car was taken out for a spin. I figured they were just testing it. Took about 5 min. to get back. It doesn't have a loud exhaust so I'm not sure if anything was going on.
I think it's standard for them to go and take some curves after an alignment.
Over all, I was very happy with the service.

Most alignment shops will do a short test drive to make sure the steering wheel is straight, and that the car doesn't pull to one side.

But that's still no excuse for someone hot-rodding around in a customer's car.

I think the guy was only gone for about 3 minutes. He backed out and by the time I got back into the office, he was back.

anyone know what tires AI usually keeps in stock (RT-615s, Kumho MXs)? Unfortunately, they're closed today and I need to get tires ASAP (first thing tomorrow morning) and need to know before I get crappy all-seasons from America's Tire Co.

Orlando rocks. I was there on saturday for an alignment. He quoted me $670 for 225/45/17 Toyo T1-R. I don't know what brands he carries other than Toyo.
