Selecta Auto Body (on 24th, IIRC) is a great shop and uses OEM parts.

German guy owns it and he's pretty picky when it comes to perfection...

Matt's Auto Body has worked on my car twice with great results. They're on Folsom. Oh, and my car is WRB, and they've matched the paint perfectly each time. They work on a lot of high-end cars as you'll see when you walk into their shop. I recommend them fully.

Alioto's and Selecta are both good. Haven't heard anything about the other ones mentioned here.
