Cowboy up and get ready to be a dad, that's what you should do. Are you in a relationship with this girl? Maybe now would be a good time for both of you to start undergoing some counseling. Not that there's anything wrong with either of you, but just to get prepared for being parents together. There's few things sadder than people having a kid then breaking up 6 months down the road because of supposedly irreconcilable differences. Being a man doesn't mean you have all the answers off hand, but that you are able to be resourceful and find them. So, find out what it will take to be a good dad and not a deadbeat.
