It's part of my .mac service from Apple. I make a calendar on my mac in iCal, then publish that calendar for everyone to see. People who subscribe to the calendar get updates whenever I change the calendar. Everyone else can see it in web format at the bottom link.

I was just saying how nice it'd be to have something like this and realized I could do it myself.
