You're right you did do your stereo. Nothing's melted yet. You have to admit that it's not as hard as one might make it. "There's certain rules to everything. Follow them and you'll be alright."
True, a friend told me what to do to install a sub and amp and it was actually pretty easy. I then added another amp, then another, several speakers, a capacitor. It went so easy.

The only thing about Ray's stereo is they jacked up the stock harness. Might need to bring the service manual so we make sure we get the wires labeled correctly.

i can help u out... where r u located? i've done those f900/f700/f90s b4 too. i'll run power wires separate from signal wires, rca/speaker wire. can do 4/2 channels etc. i will even provide true 4gauge wires and power distrubution blocks for multiple amps. even if ur stock wires are cut i take it ure running a 4 channel anyway.

maybe we can work something out for ur old mattjk system

I've already got that covered. That is really not a big deal.

Ray: do you want to install a new OEM harness? Or just splice an after market in? Either way your gonna have to go get 'em.

I have a pioneer to subaru harnass... think it's right anyways. It looks like the stock wires could be repaired and it would be all good. I don't really know to tell you the truth. I don't understand why the douche cut them in the first place. I gave him a friggin harness.

I'll have you stick your head in there and tell me what to do. Maybe when you bring that torque wrench over...hint hint. lol.

The gear hasn't been delivered yet.. (deck, ipod connector)

Justin... no worries dude. You have a lot on your mind.

Maybe between the three of us knuckle heads (or one knuckle head and you two) we can get this taken care of. I found a deal on the bypass that's a hardware bypass so hopefully we can figure that out as well.

I have a brand new cap we could install if we want... didn't use it before. It's just been sitting here. I'm trying to find out if AI still makes those nifty amp racks for the spare tire well. If they don't we might have to build one.

And I need to track down some of that fake vinyl paint. The stuff that makes it bumpy like the stock plastics. Finish up my box. The fiberglass repairs are all done.
