Do you know what condition it is in? you can get some for pretty cheap that are in good condition from local gunstores, actually used in Korean war.

 

You are wrong there my friend, this year the Licence banns on Automatic machine guns were lifted. So even if a neigbor reports seeing one of thier neighbors cleaning an AK in thier room, the cops wont even look into it because 1. it is leagal to own one and 2. he or she has not committed any type of crime, it was done in the "privacy of thier home" look into it.

Btw, FBi can leagally enter your home for 0 reason for explanation necessary. They can also set up survailance. and charge you with what is going on. They know whos good and whos bad.

 

BULL**** it is ok federally but in the state of california it is illegal.So FBI may not do anything but state officials can.

 

I was not aware that the law has changed, altough i have still been told that that gun and many others are still illegal, so who knows what is right, in the state of California.
