Sure about that??

Actually, he did sell his car after we put it back to stock. Now he is in Alabama...I think...he joined in the Airforce. He did buy an EVO last month when he came down to visit me.

I don't know, Zoeb, I think Davon's got you cause of the stocker rims! Those 18" Rotas sure do weigh a lot.

I thought you were going to have Shiv tune your "other car mate? I for one would love to see everyone's face at Vishnu when they popped the hood to hook up the RPM pickup point

You going to post any pic's or the video of the new beast mate?

butt dyno says it's pushing the limits... at about 60whp, but we did install a bigger intake manifold and the custom intake. That should bump it up a bit more.

plus with all those stickers... the HP figures just keeps racking up, sitting as is, probably over 1000whp.

Davon I didn't realize you were using the Xede, what was your reasoning on using that unit versus, a EcuTeK or UTEC or anything else?

I used to have the UTEC but after talking to some local people i opted to switch to the xede. Found someone selling one online for a good price and picked it up. Ive been happy with it so far and the xmap software is easy to use. Even though i didnt tune the car this time ive had fun messing around with it in the past. I would have gone with the ecutek but i like having the option to switch to a race gas map when going to the track. Has ecutek released this feature yet, i remember hearing about it coming out soon....

Ecutec doesn't really have true map switching abilities. It can just toggle between two boost maps by using the defogger switch at WOT. Fuel and timing maps remain unchanged. However, if you use Delta Dash, you can make scalar fuel, timing, rev limit, etc,. changes to account for different octanes. It works real well. But there's still nothing like true map switching.
