I'm sorry to hear about your mishap. I hope RallyWagon can be repaired, and if not...
...the best of luck on the new project. I really loved seeing how happy you were driving that wagon, and it sounds like he got hurt doing what he liked to do.
Next time, I suggest that the animal in question moooooove out of the way. Especially since you probably weren't car #1. I hear Ron Green almost moo'ed over the same animal.

I am talking with her right now, sounds like the car may be done for.
She and Barbara walked away just fine, which is the best news.
Now I think she should go out and find a nice well-maintained OBS
make it into Rally Wagon II.

Or...
a Forester.
We have one we're selling after the head gasket job gets done in early June. We'll give her a good price on it. It'll be completely ready to go...

Hi Greg & Pete,
Just got home. Stopped in Arascadero to take photos of my poor sick Rally Wagon. Barbara and I are fine. My back is complaining a bit, but other than that we seem okay.
You know what Greg, a Forester is not a bad idea ... it is a wagon, it has AWD and is not your typical race car!! Fits my profile <grin>. Anyway we can talk more later when I have a better idea of what is happening.
Pete, thanks so much for phoning. That meant a lot - you're such a wonderful friend.

Just settled car part of insurance claim. Got ABOVE high blue book!! They took everything into account ... mods, rebuilt tranny, brand new brakes /rotors and excellent maintenance records. Hey, I only sent them 42 pages worth of "evidence".
