Question Attn: Raiders Fans.

Especially to those that have been or go to the Coliseum often. I've never been to a game there and am looking to pick up some tickets for tomorrows game against the Broncos.

Question is this, what is a good area to sit in for the money? I've been looking on www.craigslist.org and have seen tickets at midfield for 50-75 while tickets in the nose bleed seats are 100+. What is the reason for this? A better view with out the crowd? I'm guessing you pay a premium to sit in the 'black hole' not because you get a better view but because of the atmosphere. Would rather pay face value anyways.

On a sidenote, if anyone is looking to get rid of a ticket, let me know.

You want the "outfield" sections (behind visitors bench). Try to get at least 15-20 rows up or the players can block your view. The "home plate" sections (behind Raiders bench) are just too low, the slope is not steep enough, and you will just see a lot of male butts.
Sections 135-149. Otherwise go with Plaza Level. http://www.raiders.com/fanzone/stadiummap.jsp

Edit: I didn't mean to crap on highspeed11's seats. They aren't THAT bad, just not as good as ones on the other side.

So that would be something in the 140s section, below the plaza suites?

Yep those are the ones. Those are the temporary stands that are nice and steep, and are closer to the field than the ones on the opposite sideline.
