The cougar in question becomes a MILF when said child is born and until that child ceases its relationship as a dependent. When said child is no longer a dependent the afore mentioned MILF may regain her cougar status under the assumption that MILF attributes are consistent with a general concensus.

Isn't there some sort of age restriction for cougars?

1) A women can still maintain cougar status while in her reproductive years. Accordingly, should she forego this ability she shall be referred to as a cougar assuming she isn't otherwise eligible for MILF status. The age restriction as it pretains to a cougar is dependent upon that individuals propensity to fornacate with an individual he would otherwise see as out of his/her compatible age range
