alex8, maybe you don't understand what we all mean. flip the script... if for some reason, your credit card bounced because the mailman lost your payment (entirely not your fault). you wouldn't want any shop to post it her calling you a dirty cheating ahole who don't have money.
you see misunderstanding like this should be worked out privately. if any shop did you wrong like sold you something then fraudulantly did something... then post it.
