Bump it up, more volunteers needed. I am the cleanup lead, and I need more folks, as I probably have to bail as soon as everything's cleaned up.
There's a lot of overlap with people doing multiple jobs, which is good in spirit, and thank you to them, but it's a bad precedent, and takes away from their time to enjoy the event.
There's more than enough people to let the work go round, be that much lighter and faster for everyone. Let's hope we have a lot of day-of love, but better still if we know we have some cats to count on.

Take a look at the Volunteer thread (sticky) and pick a position that fancies you! We need a lot more help in the grill cook and food service!
